Hi, its been a while and I am looking into a Vitamix for my Esophageal Dysmotility or Dysplasia, my question is the Vitamix 7500 series any difference from the 5000 or 6000 series? I and looking for power cause my current Ninja does not puree well enough. I am not looking for push button or fancy gadgets. Thank you in advance, Michele
