Thanks so much for the advice. I was fairly sure that we could find a similar product, but it is always good to hear it from some one else. Rob had his neck dissection last week as the final step in his treatment. He starts his evaluation for dentures later this month but we have no illusions about getting them before we leave in April. We will be attending his niece's wedding in Tuscany and are looking forward to our first vacation in over a year. What a journey this has been. Thanks all for your help. We will keep in touch. Cindy
