I first noticed my sore around Christmas, off and on, but who pays attention to stuff around the holidays? I finally talked to a doctor around February, who said we'd keep an eye on it ... then got referred to ENT who said we'd keep an eye on it ... then finally had surgery to remove it so it could heal fresh (which turned out to be the biopsy), which was all the way in May. And it still wasn't too bad after all. (Ignore my signature ... that was the later recurrence, most of it.)
