I also wanted to suggest something that has been beneficial to me. They are Xylimelts by Oracoat. They are small discs that dissolve slowly in your mouth and provide oral lubrication and the research done has shown they reduce tooth plaque as well. I originally started using them after my first round of radiation to help me when I exercised, but following my parotidectomy and second round of radiation, I found I need them through out the day to help during normal speech and swallowing. You may already be aware of these, but I thought it might be helpful to add to this thread in case someone else might find it helpful.
