Whenever doing something like that you should first discuss it with your family doctor or ENT, someone who is very familiar with your medical history. Ive heard zinc can cause some mouth issues. I suggest checking with your doc and ask what they know about the reactions you are having if they could be related to your supplements. Please let us know what your doc says.
