Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 756 Likes: 1 | I have a few different dental appliances - fluoride trays, night guards, etc., and they are all made of different material. Some are flexible and others are rigid. I was told to use a denture tablet on one of them, but don't recall which one. I've also used my water pik to clean them. Check with your dentist to see what they recommend.
