Joined: May 2013 Posts: 188 Likes: 4 | Welcome Tim - tap into the people on this forum. I am almost three years out of treatment and can tell you that you will make it. Stay the course. Do the shake Christine recommended that will give you a start. Count calories and make sure you get plenty of protein. Talk to your doctor but I used 1 mg per pound of body weight. I did the shake 2 times per day and still use it everyday.
