I have come back because I have recently been having uncomfortable symptoms. I am hoping for suggestions if, I should be concerned or not. I had tongue cancer 70% tongue removed, no chemo, no rads. I and am out 6 years since diagnosis. For about the last 8 months or so I have had a tightness in my throat on the same side as my cancer was. It is getting worse. I don't feel any lumps or bumps or anything like that. Just a fullness and a tightness. I also have degenerative disk disease in my neck so I suffer from chronic "neck" pain in the 5,6,7 vertebrate. So I can't tell if this discomfort is just stiff muscles or what. I am mainly concerned because the pain is mainly on one side of my neck and to the front of my throat. I feel like I am making a big deal out of nothing, but you know how scary every little bump or sore can seem. Any advice would be appreciated. Should I worry?
Thank you!
