Newsweek had a recent issue on the best cancer doctors. At Mt. Sinai they call out Eric M Genden, Sr., whose specialty is cancer surgery and reconstruction. At Beth Isreal, Stimson Schantz, at NYU, Mark Persky. They may call out others at those hospitals, but the list is by doctor's name, not institution.

My husband developed a blood clot in the leg a couple of weeks after surgery. We weren't expecting it and it was found serendipitously. Treated with warfran and not a big deal.
