If neck dissection and tonge removal were on same side, probably a combination of both causing the droopy mouth. About 3 weeks after surgery I had driver's license picture taken, they played heck getting a decent picture where my smile wasn't really crooked.
Not feeling the sutures from what I remember was pretty normal too. After surgery of this type there's a lot of numbness for quite a while.

SCC Tongue, stage IV diagnosed Sept, 2002, 1st radical neck dissection left side in Sept, followed by RAD/Chemo. Discovered spread to right side nodes March 2003, second radical neck dissection April, followed by more RAD/Chemo.
