Andrew, these are old Trials/studies.
The Bonner trial does state that the outcome for patients treated with radiation and Erbitux was better than for those just treated with radiation. It also states that the outcome for patients treated with radiation and Erbitux was still not as good as for those treated with the standard radiation and Cisplatin/Carboplatin.
I don't want to rain on your good news about Erbitux. I'm sure someone with more knowledge than me will come along shortly and post links to more up to date trials.

R) level 2-4 neck dissection 8/1/11 to remove residual node - necrotic with NED
Feb '12 Ca back.. 3/8/12 total glossectomy/laryngectomy/bilat neck dissection/partial pharyngectomy etc. clear margins. All nodes negative for disease. PEG in.
March 2017 - 5 years disease free. Woohoo!
