Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 1,294 Likes: 1 | Ditto on the doubt a topical rash is cancer related. But there is skin cancer and I have zero idea what that looks like. My understanding it is more like dark moles that change shape and color.
If a doctor has seen it then you are getting a far better report than any of us could offer from cyberland. If it is still worrisome there must be some specialist who can take a look.
