Michelle - my suggestion would be that the do an excision all biopsy under sedation. For my 2nd dx I had two or more "all clear" biopsies before it was finally diagnosed. Follow the pain - it is there for a reason. You may need to be more insistent than you are used to - but it will be worth it. Hugs.
