So sorry for your loss. I know this was so very hard for your family to be so far away and not have much say in the way things happened. You are an amazing inspiration. You sought answers throughout. David is right; we will all be lucky to have someone like you in the end.

Clear PET 10/12 and 10/13 and ct in 6/14
