"OCF Canuck" Platinum Member (300+ posts) Joined: Sep 2012 Posts: 381 | Nose, even from my surgery, I had the same sensation...sort of like you took too big of a bite, and didn't quite get it all down. I did the barium test as well (several times), and really the problem with me was a lack of saliva production which makes it harder to get everything down past the back of the throat. I drink lots of water and milk when I eat (small sips, no gulping) to help with that.
