Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 5,264 Likes: 5 | I would go to your GP and ask for a referral to an ENT with experience in Oral cancer - this is where you need to be.
Chances are this is not cancerous, however, you want to be monitored by someone who knows their stuff and is familiar with oral cancer in the early stages. Do it asap. particularly not that you are having pain.
