Sarcoidosis is a systemic inflammatory disease, symptoms may mimic cancer and that is why you had lung biopsy to confirm sarcoidosis.

You said you have quit smoking and drinking, but are you being honest? Since you had been smoking, you need to be watchful as others have mentioned.

Coming back to Sarcoidosis, when did you had your last Chest x-ray and review with the treating doctor?
