Joined: May 2002 Posts: 2,152 | The lotion is Biafine and it is terrific. Also good for healing deep wounds, like scar from neck disection. It cannot be used on open sores. It is presciption so you need one form the doc. Try to fit in some time for exercise, even it it ony a walk around the block. Helps to keep the muscle tone if you start losing weight.
