You should be in recovery by now in ICU for 24. Remember when they toss you out of bed for exercise, you should support the arm on the side of the neck dissection by placing your hand under the elbow. You do not want to promote a drag on that shoulder too soon. While I doubt you will read this, hoping someone in your family does. You will need PT within a week or so after being discharged.
