It sounds lie you are doing very well with your recovery. Glad to see your intake is substantial. This is where most OC patients struggle. Keep up the good work with this for at least the first year post rads.
You may want to get checked out thoroughly before you attempt to eat and drink again. Those muscles quickly forget how to swallow and you could aspirate. Ask your doc for a barium swallow test to make certain its safe to eat and drink.
