It could be any of the hundreds of oral conditions or co-conditions, not just cancer, pre-cancer symptoms. I would reserve to say it's not, being no doctor, and as David suggested, wait to see the results of the biopsy, which pathology not only can identify cancer, but other non cancerous conditions.
