I lost 40 pounds from treatment. 195 to 155. I did get back to about 160. I eat and drink all the time and jut can not gain anymore weight. I o exercise quite a bit. I do count calories and try to reach about 3500 per day. 160 is pretty trim. I am6'1"

Clear at the 6 year mark!
Back to swimming, biking and running! just a tad slower
never regained my weight, even when I eat lots and lots, just a skinny guy now

Just way glad to be seeing the green side up!
