It can be a full 2 years before your body is back to normal. Even if you would take in 5000 calories every single day for 3 months straight, I doubt you would gain anything right now. Your body is still trying to rebuild itself from what it has been thru. Try your very best to take in 2500 calories every day and try to make your diet the healthiest you can.
I lost 65 pounds during my first battle with OC. It took me 5 years before I began to gain weight again.
