Thanks. Hopefully it's one of the lesser scenarios, scar tissue, inflammation, necrotic tissue. Had a lot done to this area, plus alloderm to protect the carotid, and that was removed, so who knows, but it wasn't there in February, at least not picked up. I do have a tooth/gum infection, which I'm taking antibiotics for, and had swelled up my neck last week, but is a concern being I had cancer in level III, three times.
