Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 5,264 Likes: 5 | Yes low setting, lukewarm water if you are sensitive to temperature and depending on your waterpik - I have the deluxe model - there's this little blue spoon like attachment. It's technically a tongue scraper, but its less forceful than the pointy heads which can hurt if your mouth is raw. I used this just to shoot water around and freshen up -
