After what OC patients go thru with treatments and recovery any time something odd pops up afterwards it is wise to watch out for any new lumps or bumps. The saying goes...."when in doubt check it out". You cant be too careful about any after tx issues. It could be nothing more than some scar tissue but you never know so always err on the safe side and call the doc to have them examine you. If it were me I would call my ENT and make an appointment for sometime next week.
