Secondly - there's a lot going on by the sounds of it - to me it doesn't sound cancerous - maybe an infection or allergy? But it is always best to have it looked at by a professional. Push for a referral to an ENT your dr can't and shouldn't say no. Refusing treatment and the option for a specialists care would be stupid because on the off chance it is something serious - they could be sued. Hugs.
