HI yes... it's likely NOT cancer as it doesn't usually manifest in multiple places - it moves of course and spreads, but as far as I gather not say from tongue to gum to cheek, all at the same time. It would more likely be from say tongue or cheek to nodes in your neck then on to other places. Someone will correct me if I am wrong but usually there is a primary site, and then if there are mets its often to nodes and the surrounding tissues. You definitely have something going on - And I wouldn't discount cancer as you may have one area that is - say - a lesion and the rest maybe an infection so it is good to have it all checked out. hopefully it's nothing.
