Yes...it can be Hyperuricemia from the chemo causing increased cell death wih increase in uric acid, although could be other causes, contributers. I just had surgery, 2 blood transfusion, almost on dialysis from uric acid kidney stones, from chemo, causing acute kidney failure with creatine at 7.2, hemaglobin 7.
