Its not necessary to make a duplicate. You did get a couple responses to your post. This is something that is unusual which is why you may not have had many replies.

To me it sounds like the surgeon is talking about doing a minor reconstruction, sometimes called a debulking. Scar tissue can be painful. My concern with having another procedure would be that the pain could become worse and it wouldnt help at all.

I suggest a second opinion prior to deciding upon another surgery.
