Joined: Mar 2013 Posts: 421 Likes: 1 | I was a smoker for 35 years. The last 19 I smoked cigars. I went to the electronic cigarette last August (ironically I felt the swollen lymph node about the same time). Anyway. I've been able to quit tobacco all together.
