Monica, you had mentioned UAB in a post on the previous page. If I recall correctly, a couple of OCFers have been treated there. Here's a thread started by one of them -- perhaps you could send the original poster an email or a private message to get more information. UAB is a member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, whose guidelines are the gold standard for treatment.
