Just an update.... I am now 4.5 weeks post op, and everything is healing as it should. Swelling is gone, stitches are gone, and my speech is 95% except for S's. Frustrating a little, but I am blessed, and not complaining!

Now comes the waiting game..... I stare at the void where the cancer was sometimes, waiting for it to erupt and fill the void the surgeon left. But I'm optimistic.....and overly dramatic!!

I hope everyone is doing the best they can in their own situation, as my thoughts are with everyone going through this experience.
