I need to listen to Paul's motto - one day at a time. I let myself get ahead of where I wanted to be and where my body was willing to go so it bummed me out more than just take it as it comes.
I'd like to image it better from here until the next cycle but I guess I need to learn - one day at a time. :-) Don
