The patients here who have had their teeth move or become crooked are usually a direct result from having radiation treatments for oral cancer. Since this is not the case in your situation, I would suggest checking with your dentist.

The previous advice about seeing an ENT still stands. Find one who is experienced in treating oral cancer patients. Any spot or sore inside your mouth that is there for 2 weeks or longer needs to be checked by a professional. If you are smoking that will have an impact on everything you are experiencing. It could be many things beside oral cancer.
