One thing you can do is eat lemon drops and massage forward to try to get the stone, if it is one, to pass. It is super painful. I never got anything to pass. They had to dilate the salivary opening each time and then I was on antibiotics. I wouldn't wait too long to get it checked. The infection will back up. I know mine did the first time. The second time I knew what it was!! Good luck! Kathy
