It's also known as the "Cancer Beast". We're all here to Zap it, Destroy it and make it History! And you are on your way to doing just that! So Eat, Eat, Eat!! Maybe 6 small meals instead of 3? It's good you gained a few pounds this week. You say: "Not looking to be so lucky next week with the chemo treatment Monday." If you can manage to get a mental picture of being VERY lucky next week and doing really well with eating, you might do better than you are anticipating. It couldn't hurt to substitute the negative thought with a positive one. Hang in there and you WILL get through it! Maybe you need a cheerleader section? My son's 5 year old daughter and I would jump up and down and cheer loudly if my son just managed to eat one noodle in his chicken soup!
