I would stop putsing around with dentists. I saw a dentist and oral surgeon and they kept messing around with me for 5 months. The one person who told you to see an ENT gave you a good suggestion. I would tell the dentist that said it was just sinus drainage, that if the antibiotics don't work, you want a referral to an ENT. You have been dealing with this for far too long for them to keep playing with you. If all of the things they have tried, as well as the Anti's don't work, and it's been how long, then they need to refer you to someone who is more qualified to help you and not take so long!
