I had the same surgery as you. Way too early for everything to fall into place. My lip was lopsided also that straightened out give it time. MY ND was in the crease of my neck it doesn't show but I'm much older than you. I'm sure in time yours won't be seen either. My tongue is still numb on the left side where I had the surgery I'm 3 years out. I still get the tingle feeling I was told it's the nerves. Yes, I did have the burning sensation for a long time after surgery but that's gone now.

I have problems talking with the sounds "s" "ch" and "sh" I ask others if they hear it they all say no I think they are just saying that to make me feel better, but I sure as hell can hear it. It makes me not want to talk much, maybe that's a good thing it'll keep me out of trouble:)

Don't worry it will get better give it time.
