I have been following your story as we were both posting with a similar issue at the same time (nonhealing sore).
My husband was scheduled for a biopsy on Tuesday, but he didn't end up going for it as the sore that he had for about 6 weeks finally started to heal. Now he just has what he describes as an "aching feeling" when he moves his tongue. Doctor thinks it is probably fibrosis from the radiation. Hope so.
Thanks for letting us know the results of your latest biopsy. I do love to hear good news.
