Otherwise your message is stuck at the bottom of a thread of comments that has nothing to do with want you want to talk about, and given that people see the threads by the original posters title they gave it, people will miss your question or posting all together. So new person, new idea, start a new topic. Second it is kind of a general rule in internet circles that you do not type in all capitals. In postings, this is the equivalent of shouting when speaking to someone. Use all caps when you want to bring emphasis to a word or sentence, but other than that use upper and lower case type.
