Best of luck to you (pray for the best but prepare for the worst, and talk to your friends). In my case they told me over the phone that it was "high grade, highly agressive" Stage IV A-SCC. Start doing research just in-case and if there is less than positive news bring someone to the consultation to take notes and help with follow-up questions. I had 8 weeks of radiation, 2 weeks of a boost(field) and then 2 weeks of (Novalis)shaped beam (this was twice a day X 5 days a week and 7 weeks of chemo.
Create a PLAN...just in case. And oh, my last biopies were "no tumor identified"
