The past week, when I get cold, I get a tingling cold sensation across my upper back and down the back of my upper arms. When it first started happening, I was worried I was getting shingles but that is usually one sided, and there is no rash.
It was preceded by back pain and I thought that was attributed to snow shovelling. The back pain is gone.
It's bilateral and uniform in sensation. If I keep warm, it doesn't happen.
It's almost like, especially the back of my upper arms, the skin is hypersensitive.

Any ideas? If it lasts more than a week or so, I'll give my onc a call.
