Seriously - someone well versed in cancer of the head and neck for e most part knows HPV related cancer responds well to chemo and rads!!! Distant mets is scarier but you seem to be localized - read up here on rads and chemo, the dos and don'ts and wha you're facing - rads isn't easy so eat up now. And good luck! You'll get hough it!
