It helps to make you not so anxious about your appointment. The white spot could be anything, hopefully its nothing. We all get a bit nervous when it comes check up time. With time you will learn to take these things in stride and not worry so much. I am one of the more calm members about my check ups. Im very strong minded and will distract myself with reading my kindle, watching movies or playing cards. Those little things are enough to make me not think about 'what if' and get upset. The longer you are out from your treatments the easier it will get.
