"OCF Canuck" Patient Advocate (old timer, 2000 posts) Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 5,264 Likes: 5 | It is very sad but I think the most notable point was she was told she was terminal from the outset - she could have been treated but I'm assuming what she had was incurable - and according to the article very aggressive - so treatment would have bought her a little more time possibly at the expense of her baby - and likely quality of life - very very sad.
