I have found two people at the admissions office at U of M's head and neck cancer unit. I am sending their contact information to you in a PM. I have their direct phone lines so you should be able to talk to them today if you can get one of them on the phone.

You will find the folks over there are real easy to deal with and I am sure you will get the best of care.
This is one of the best hospitals in the world treating head and neck cancer today. I am sending prayers your way hoping they will find a way to get you in.
