Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 458 | Hi Joanna, Trying not to overdo it too much, golf is still out until end of August I estimate, Kart racing for another few weeks, the side g-forces on the neck would be atrocious.
The tingling had actually pretty much stopped just a couple of weeks before the second surgery, then about midway through the radiation and Chemo, back again. ARGHH. So, yep it does go away.

SCC Tongue, stage IV diagnosed Sept, 2002, 1st radical neck dissection left side in Sept, followed by RAD/Chemo. Discovered spread to right side nodes March 2003, second radical neck dissection April, followed by more RAD/Chemo.
