My dad is back from hospital and is feeling much better now. He is able to speak little bit, infection is almost gone, hearing on right ear has improved. And well, he has resumed his chit-chat fight with my mom and I consider it a definite positive sign!

Doctors have given him strict instructions to drink plenty of water and gargle with Soda Bicarb/Salt as many times as possible in a day.
