Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 5,264 Likes: 5 | Buy it at the pharmacy or walmart! I bought mine at the pharmacy.. It does help rinse out the mucous!! I use it after I brush all the time - or if my mouth feels messy! It's a little like doing oral housework!
